Terms of Service

RbA Pay is a subscription service that analyzes commission report PDFs you forward to your personal ingestion address and returns summaries, alerts, forecasts, and a dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally entitled to the reports you forward; only forward commission reports that belong to you.

RbA Pay costs $17 per month or $159 per year, billed through Stripe. There is no free trial and no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime from your settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

When someone subscribes using your referral link, you receive a credit worth one month of your subscription, applied automatically to an upcoming invoice. We may withhold or reverse referral credits obtained through self-referral, fake accounts, or other abuse, and we may change or end the referral program with notice.

RbA Pay is an informational tool. Analyses, flags, and forecasts are estimates derived from the reports you provide. They are not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not a guarantee of payment. Always verify important matters with your finance department before acting.

Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, use it to violate any law, or forward documents you have no right to process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

The service, its design, and its software belong to us. Your reports and data belong to you; you give us permission to process them solely to provide the service to you.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Automated extraction is validated against each report's own totals, but errors can occur, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will email you before they take effect; continued use after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions: contact us at support@rbapay.com.
